Thoughts of the staff
The staff members working in our kennels have been interviewed.
Many staff members share the work and are engaged in their responsibilities while enjoying conversations with dogs.

What are enjoyable parts in taking care of dogs in kennels?
When I am going to take dogs out of the kennel for taking exercise or hair-combing, they jumps on me with their eyes shining. I feel I am trusted by them so that I want to be worthy of their trust from the bottom of my heart.
-
What are tough parts in taking care of dogs in kennels?
It is when I find a dog under weather. I always think what we can do for him/her under treatment to recover more quickly.
-
What are painful parts in taking care of dogs in kennels?
In our kennels, we take care of dogs from their birth to death. Since dogs age more quickly than humans, even very healthy dogs may gradually change in their health condition over time. Some dogs suddenly become weak although they were OK one day before. It is very painful to see the reality if that happens. Although it is very sad, we strongly believe that fulfilling our responsibilities in raising dogs is the obligation of a breeder.
-
What are your concerns in taking care of dogs in kennels?
We try not to leave problems unsolved. All the staff members cooperate with each other to solve problems and questions quickly, so, we believe that communication is very important.
-

What are enjoyable parts in taking care of dogs in kennels?
When seeing dogs sleeping sound, we feel happy and also have strong feelings to want to respond to their trust. Also, we feel strong affection and also heavy responsibilities for their lives when seeing puppies dashing to us with pure mind.

What are painful parts in taking care of dogs in kennels?
It is too sad for us to see aged dogs who can’t move freely.
Taking care of dogs for their entire life is may be a kind of very tough mental training. -
What are your problems in taking care of dogs in kennels?
We are always thinking and making efforts to find how to trim their hairs and train them to raise best dogs. Raising the best dogs is our target.
-
What are you especially careful about?
I am always careful to avoid the dogs from being injured or not to cause a trouble by my fault due to my carelessness.
For exercise of dogs in the early morning and evening, since the environment is already dark in some seasons, we are especially careful. -
What are your targets in the future?
We are going to reach our goals of raising the best dogs and showing the wonderful dogs to people by trying to fulfill our responsibilities and making any efforts to make them possible.

When people are responsible for lives, a small mistake may lead to a big problem, so that from early morning to late evening, the staff have been taking care of dogs very sincerely, which impresses me a lot.
-
The responsibilities of the secretariat are order management of office goods, making name plates and various management books, and ordering foods and medicines, which gives rare chances to workers to touch and feel dogs. However, when we enter the kennel for some purposes, or meet the dogs when they are exercising, we can find that all the dogs are healthy and livery. Seeing their shining eyes and sound voices appealing themselves, I strongly feel proud of our kennels for the good management.
Actually, it is autumn now when we are interviewed for this article, as it is a child-birth season, there are many lovely babies in our kennels. -
We hope these puppies to go to a good family after leaving Shikoku-Yuhomare-so, being cared and loved and leading a happy life.
If you want to see healthy and lively dogs, please come and see our kennels which are properly managed to meet a dog of your destiny.
